Our first bathroom features just two items. Don't focus on the number because these two items are definitely 'a step in the right direction' simply because together they make a bathroom look special.

Instead of having a typical 3"x 8"  white subway tile, that you may have grown accustomed to seeing this, look feature a more petite subway tile. It will add detail to your bathroom giving  it a brighter and more spacious look.
